FIRST AID
The task of qualified security officers is to save human life during life or health threatening situations. If first aid must be provided in a situation of cardiac arrest, a security officer should be notified. His or her obligation is to deliver the defibrillator (AED) to the place of the incident and provide assistance.
General safety information
In order to ensure safe working conditions, the Generation Park Z Building was equipped with integrated security systems, i.e. the access control and CCTV cameras.
• The first system allows only the persons with appropriate authorization granted by the technical service to move freely in the Building using the access control readers. These authorization may be granted or edited by specially designated persons, who are Tenant’s administrators in the Connected by Skanska management portal. Access of the vehicles to the underground parking lot is also controlled using the Building-wide access control system and by granting appropriate authorization in Connected by Skanska.
• The same access control cards are used to enter the Building outside working hours. This system also allows controlled movement around the parking lot. The Building security provides direct control of the movement of Tenants and their guests.
• The second security system covers CCTV cameras located outside and inside of the Building, monitoring the area of underground parking lots, external area around the Building as well as the terrace and elevator lobby on the ground floor. All security systems in the Building are located in the facility monitoring center, which is supervised by the Building security 24h/7/365.
• Smoking tobacco products/e-cigarettes outside the designated places and consuming alcoholic beverages within the premises of the entire Facility is forbidden.
Building security
"JUWENTUS" Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. Security Agency is responsible for the security of the common areas in the Generation Park Z Building.
The tasks of security officers include:
- reacting to all kinds of threats to life and health of people staying on the premises of the Building,
- preventing the interference to the order on the premises of the Building,
- preventing theft or property damage,
- supervising the compliance with the rules applicable in the Building and coordinating actions in the event of emergency - fire, flood, etc.,
- supervising the vehicle traffic and ensuring the safety of the parking lot users,
- providing information to guests and facility staff within their competences.
