• What dishes and choices are available: Two dishes every day and on top a bowl bar in the SPIELZIMMER. At least one of the dishes is always free of charge and only special toppings have to be paid for at the bowl bar. 
• Drinks: You can enjoy drinks for a fee. 
• Vegetarian dishes: Available every day, sometimes even vegan. 
• Desserts: You can enjoy them for a fee. 
• How the bowl bar works: You grab a bowl, walk clockwise around the bar and fill your bowl to your liking. Certain ingredients / toppings (example: beef strips, scampi, etc...) cost a little something. But of course you can also create a delicious and filling bowl without paying extra. 
• Returning the dishes: Please return your ESSZIMMER dishes at the return stations or in the SPIELZIMMER.
  Please do not take them home or leave them in the kitchens.
• Co-payment amounts: Are between 0,50 and 4,00 Euro. 
• Redeeming °points: Not possible in the ESSZIMMER. 
• How payment works: With PAYBACK PAY, of course :) 
  You will find a cash register tablet at each counter where you can quickly and easily scan your PAY QR code. For meals without co-payments, it is important to scan your PAY QR code or your PAYBACK card (digital or analogue) anyway! This is the only way we can determine how many colleagues have treated themselves to a delicious lunch and bill G'schmackes correctly. No personal data will be processed or stored.
• If I don't have PAYBACK PAY: Then you should register for PAY quickly! We think: it's a matter of course to use the products - and therefore also the payment function - of your own employer. PAY is also the quickest and easiest process for making additional payments in the ESSZIMMER. 
• What you need to do to receive the PAYBACK GROUP subsidy: Enter your PAYBACK card number once in HR Self Service.

  1. open the HR Self Service TOOL
  2. click on the menu item "ESSZIMMER" (located under the item "Mein Profil")
  3. enter your PAYBACK card number in the "PAYBACK 13-digit card number card number" field (if you have several cards, please use the one stored in the app).
  Tip: Digits are centered under the barcode, starting with 240XXX - NOT customer number

• Our opening hours: 11.30AM - 1.30PM
• Allergens: Are marked and can also be found in the menu in our BUBBLE. 
• Process for inviting guests to the ESSZIMMER: Guests registered at reception receive a guest code which they scan at the cash registers in the ESSZIMMER in order to pay. This is only valid for one day at a time and must be re-issued daily at reception for stays of several days.
• International colleagues: Count as guests and follow the above process.
• Data protection: The PAYBACK PAY QR code or your PAYBACK cards are scanned in the ESSZIMMER exclusively to ensure correct billing and to make payment as easy as possible for you. Your PAYBACK number is encrypted in such a way that we cannot assign it to a member of staff under any circumstances - and we wouldn't want to. However, for tax reasons alone, we must be able to determine how many colleagues have used the ESSZIMMER per day. 
• Reservation of seats: Possible from 1PM
• Registration of external colleagues for the ESSZIMMER: External colleagues can choose a meal from the respective queue. At the checkout terminal, the button "External Colleagues" must be selected and then paid for with PAYBACK PAY (amount: €8.50 plus the respective co-payment).
