Happy Hiring - Recruiting Process and Candidate Experience

The training is aimed at all managers and colleagues who are involved in the hiring of new team members. In the approx. 3-hour virtual workshop, we will discuss the current hiring process as well as important success factors for finding and hiring the right candidate. The focus is always on the candidate experience. Together we want to ensure a positive experience for our candidates with our company.

In addition, the workshop will serve to share and network with other colleagues.

• Success factors & challenges in the recruiting process and interviews
• Candidate experience - from the first contact to onboarding or rejection
• Screening, interview structure and question portfolio
• Questioning techniques, including funnel questions
• Perception and assessment errors
• Decisions and onboarding process
