In Module 7 “Best Practices”, you can try your skills at three different role-playing games in the project disciplines:

• “Setting up a new project” - how do I reach my goal SMART?
• “Change of requirements by the client” - how do I deal with this, what impact/risks does this have on my overall project?
• “Communication & reporting” - how do I get a GO from the decision-makers if the project cannot be implemented as planned as a result?

This training is an English-only training.

For Module 7, you should have already participated in Modules 1, 3 and 4 or already have a sound knowledge of PM methods.
