In the organization of American Express Loyalty Partner belongs to the Global Merchant Services & Loyalty Group department. The department is organized into the four main areas Global Loyalty Coalitions, Global Merchant Services, Accertify and Global Network Business.

The acquisition of Loyalty Partner helps advance two American Express strategic priorities – accelerating growth in international markets, and building out new fee-based services. Loyalty Partner’s state-of-the-art platform, rewards that serve as virtual currency, and large customer and partner base make them an excellent complement to our existing business.
