All firewall changes will be reviewed and approved over a CAB review.
The CAB review meetings occur once a week.

To request a normal firewall change, those who are not urgent or timely critical, please use the following template : „OIT_Firewall_Change_Request“ ( average operation time 1 week )

For critical, not plannable changes please use the „OIT_Emergency_Firewall_Change_Request“ template!

Please be aware that we do not accept changes which are

1. Not send by one of the templates via E-Mail to the Helpdesk
2. Not filled out completely (attached Excel sheet)

Firewall changes which are already approved by another CAB (example PB Global CAB) are pre-approved and doesn´t require approval by the OIT CAB. (But you have to fill out the template anyway)
