Private use of the IT / Your consent (Data protection/ Telecommunications secrecy)

I would like to use the business IT (exception: business e-mail systems and business e-mail address) also for private purposes, in particular the Internet access provided for private surfing. I am aware that this is only permitted within the limits of the aforementioned IT terms of use presented to me.

As there is no technical differentiation, any private use is subject to the same technical, organizational and legal provisions as business use. Consequently, accesses are recorded, compliance with diverse regulations is checked, a respective evaluation is performed, etc.

With my signature below I agree to this equal treatment and furthermore consent to access by the employer to private communication conducted by me via business IT to the same extent allowed in the case of business use and in particular I consent to an intervention with my telecommunications secrecy.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. In such a case private use will no longer be permitted as from the time of revocation.

Attention: As stressed in the IT-Terms of Use private use of the business e-mail systems as well as of the business e-mail address is strictly prohibited.

Hint: Private usage of the IT is not allowed for external employees.

Tip: internal employees and friends (supply of temporary workers) can declare their consent using the HR-system (https://muc-hrm01/insight).
