The training is aimed at all managers and colleagues who are involved in the hiring of new team members. In the approx. 3-hour virtual workshop, we discuss the current hiring process as well as important success factors for finding and hiring the right candidate. The focus is always on the candidate experience. Together we want to ensure a positive experience for our candidates with our company.
In addition, the workshop is designed to share and network with other hiring managers.

- Requirements for job descriptions and interviews
- Recruiting channels and social networks
- Success factors & challenges in the recruiting process and in interviews
- Candidate experience - from the first contact to onboarding or rejectionning, interview structure and question portfolio
- Questioning techniques, including funnel questions
- Perception and assessment errors
- Decisions and the onboarding process
